Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
- This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for orders from www.mybeautybar.com.my only.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- My Beauty Bar shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishes for return and refund, please notify us by WhatsApp at +60169580262 (Mon-Sat: 8.30am-5.30pm).
- Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the product is out of date or expired; or
b. If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
My Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Include parcel that lost in a condo area. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Changes to This Policy
My Beauty Bar reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website.
